About

Sarah stepped into the luxury travel arena in the mid 90’s after having spent a few formative, and albeit slightly less glamorous, years in the Foodservice industry with brands including Cadbury and Sara Lee. She then went on to build and manage the marketing department for international luxury tour operator, Elegant Resorts.

Sarah became an influential figure in the luxury travel, hotel and media industries working with leading hotel operators, in senior in-house roles, including Jumeriah International for their UK properties including The Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, Cliveden in Buckinghamshire and managing the marketing of specific projects for Hand Picked Hotels, before establishing her own PR consultancy.

She has a select portfolio of clients, all managed personally and secured through her reputation for excellence, friendly charm and direct manner which delivers a constant stream of targeted coverage and creative campaigns.

Past and present clients include The Devonshire Hotels and Restaurants Group, with leading properties including the award-winning Devonshire Hotel and Spa at Bolton Abbey, The Devonshire Fell and two inns known as The Devonshire Arms on the Chatsworth Estate and a collection of individual boltholes, all set apart by their individual style and heritage; The Robert Parker Collection, including country house hotels in the North of England’s beauty spots and the Scottish border, namely Dalhousie Castle, Ednam House, Doxford Hall, Eshott Hall and The Wordsworth Hotel and Spa along with special projects for Cheval Residences, a collection of sophisticated apartments which offer concierge service along with other added benefits to deliver the ultimate in city centre self- catered stays.

Sarah is committed to a healthy lifestyle, helped by chasing after her beautiful Frenchie, Pixie, who is becoming a discerning judge of her clients’ ‘pet concierge’ services – and yes, Sarah herself is also willing to sample a taste of the gourmet dining delights and the odd glass of Champagne along the way, all in the line of duty of course!
